At this time, returns are not accepted. We will gladly accept an exchange on unworn merchandise {non-custom orders only}. Customers must pay the return shipping cost

How long will it take to receive my order?

Most orders are shipped out within 3-5 business days, however bridal pieces and headbands can take up to TWO weeks to produce.

If you are in need of a rush item, please contact us prior to ordering in regards to your timeline. Most of the time, orders can be shipped in a quicker time frame.

All items are sent via First-Class U.S. mail and once they are shipped, they should arrive in about 3-5 days.

Please note, it can take 3-4 weeks for international orders to arrive at their destination, however it usually only takes 7-10 business days.
